SEMA as a multifaith concept? (21. 06. 2024)

SEMA as a multifaith concept?

SEMA is more than a form of #meditation. Sema connects the diverse creation in a movement that leads everything to #unity without limiting or marginalising the individual.

Just as the #Dervishes turn side by side in #peace, different believers should also turn on the axis of their faith at their own pace, without touching or disturbing the others, and show #cosmic peace as an overall picture.

#Faith should not only be understood here as a religious identity, but rather as a way of life that each person determines for themselves and considers worth living.

Let us give an example from real life from the 12th June 2024 in Singen, Germany:

#Buddhists#Christians#Muslims and beautiful souls came together in the Garden of Creation in #Singen to commemorate the cycle of life and to stand for peace among themselves. The Semazen (the turning Dervish) not only symbolically drew all those present into its wake and created a shared state of harmony and peace.

This is just one example of the many interfaith events that we have organised over the past nearly three decades. SEMA has a special effect on both the practitioners and those present.
